Heritage Skills Development Centre (HSDC) is a non-profit organization established in 1993 to promote the health, social, cultural, economic self-sufficiency of new immigrants, low-income, at-risk and marginalized groups in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).
HSDC hosts three major events annually which attracts thousands of Canadians and unites diverse cultures. Our Events include: Black History Event, Canada Day Event and Afro Carib Fest. The events are aimed to celebrate, arts, culture, music diversity of the Afro Caribbean Community and beyond in Canada.
