Hey, I am Hanna.
I am a. Psychologist, Yoga + Voice Embodiment Teacher. I help women who struggle to speak up in their relationships reclaim their authentic voice and emotional power. I support them in breaking free from patterns of silence, over-accommodation, and self-doubt—so they can create relationships based on mutual respect, clear communication, and deep emotional intimacy.
I used to be quiet. Teaching yoga was the first place I began finding my voice. Through years of practice, I not only discovered my speaking voice, but my singing voice. Over time, as I worked on my own subconscious beliefs and self-trust, I began singing professionally. When I met my husband, all of this work moved into a new arena: relationship.
Partnership became the mirror that deepened my understanding of who I am, and how to navigate conflict. I learned how to stay open in hard conversations, how to express my needs without shrinking, and how honest communication can actually deepen intimacy.
