Young Talents was Erasmus+ -project (2017-2019) which focuses on
1) creating a pedagogical model where vocational students can learn vocational and life learning skills and study large part of vocational degree in international environment (including use of eKampus eLearning platform) by
- Establishing companies as a mixed group (business & artisan students together)
- Branding companies with coaching of entrepreneur of well-branded company
- Running the company and selling products in retail stores in three countries and this online webstore
2) creating pedagogical Young Talents Coach Academy Model for teachers to learn how to work as supporting coach.
Young Talents Store is runned by MERCURIA in cooperation with VARIA (Finland), Col·legi Badalonès, S.L. and Deià Escola d’Art i Superior de Disseny (Spain), ROC Alfa-college (Holland).
The company partners were Heavenlinen, HALI-Harmony Living, Cozy publishing/Moonshooters, Globe Hope, TheShop and Nuori Yrittäjyys.
