The Official YouTube channel for UK Metalcore band Tormenta Tormenta was spawned in December 2017. As part of a tribute band to Latin metal Giants ILL NINO, we went on to writing our own music and Tormenta was born! Dec joined the band in Feb 2018 and after a few member changes the line up was complete. We are best described as Nu-Metalcore with an electronic twist. Our music combines crushing riffs, breakdowns, samples and dual vocals. We like to think we have a bit of something for everyone. On New Years Day 2018, Tormenta won 6 Radio Roach Awards- Best Metal EP, Best Metal Single, Best debut, Best New Artist, Best Metal Band and Best band 2018! In a recent review were quoted to be ‘Filling the Gap left by Linkin Park’ and have gained attention elsewhere around the world to which we are extremely humbled. Our debut EP ‘Chapter 1, The Storm is Coming’ was self recorded and produced in Johns bedroom and within 8 months had accrued 150,000 Spotify streams and successfully crowdfunded
