Your Clarity Queen is an agent of 1 Love and Light Center, which is a nonprofit spiritual center that provide services to support the process of overall "Enlightenment." Whether mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually, we provide a combination of traditional and nontraditional methods to achieve healing and self actualization outcomes. Using Vinyasa yoga, we stretch and prep our body to invite circulation and openness of our Chi. Our guided meditations are shared through the use of breath work, ambient sounds, calming music, visualizations, affirmations, songs, poetry, and Usui Reiki Healing.
