The Gleam Ensemble is an early music ensemble/platform based in Taiwan and Europe, which gives regularly concerts, seminars, presentations and especially early music education in Taiwan, translating as well early music sources to Chinese for Chinese speaking audiences. The ensemble was founded in 2019 by Taiwanese historical bassoon/organ player- Martin Chiang, Japanese baroque violinist- Shio Ohshita and Taiwanese violinist- I-Chun Chen. The ensemble also works with modern instrument players on the approaching early music performance, and regularly invites musicians from abroad for concerts. ‘The Glæm’ refers to the “Chiaroscuro” and “Sfumato“ light contrasting techniques applied in Renaissance paintings, which is also a trademark of the photography of ensemble member Martin Chiang. 微光古樂集，是臺灣古樂復興運動平台，極具代表性的古樂團之一 為台灣和亞洲少數古法考究演奏中世紀至古典早期 的古樂團，為臺灣古樂發展的重要指標，樂團長期活躍於歐洲與亞洲兩地的舞台。 微光於2019年成立於臺北，組織核心由小提琴家-陳逸群擔任執行長、以及三位畢業於國立巴塞爾古樂學院 的歷史低音管演奏家-蔣皓任 擔任團長，與日籍巴洛克小提琴家 大下詩央擔任藝術總監，並由古長笛家-馬鈺擔任歐洲區執行。
