I have a wide variety of interests and love to share my ideas, thoughts, and experiences. I am a Personal & Professional Development Speaker, my topics include "Your Voice of Influence" where I speak about the importance of getting your voice heard and having the right voice! I go different ways with this! (your mindset-the voice inside your mind, stage presence- your speaking voice, the words you choose...etc.)

My degree is in Fitness; I still try to keep up on nutrition and supplements, even though I do not work in that field currently. I continue to eat healthy and exercise and like to share what has been working for me!
