Born and raised in Houston, TX, MC Monte infuses the underground atmosphere of hip hop with epic symphonic sounds and an “Old School” lyrical cadence. MC Monte has self-produced a database of his own hip hop music and evaluated his identity as an artist. After joining the military right out of high school, and since then traveling the United States as an Over-the-Road truck driver, MC Monte has exercised patience for and execution in pursuit of emerging from the shadows as an adaptation of hip hop and its sub-genres.
