Aki (Akinesie) Tomkins is a budding Inuk musician from Essex Ontario. She is a true child of the Arctic. Born in Puvirnituq with ties to Saniqiluaq and Kangiqliniq (Rankin Inlet). She began piano at a young age and is now working on Royal Conservatory Piano Grade 7.
