The Cube Sessions, held in Basel’s elegant Kuppel-venue, have more in common with a laboratory than with your average concert-series. The monthly sessions are hosted by Amped & Wired, a quartet made up of two classically trained cellists and two electronic producers, seeking to blur the boundaries in an unjustly divided musical landscape. Look forward to works from Tchaikovsky and Ricardo Villalobos as part of their program, but most certainly not in their expected form or with their usual entourage.
