Leon Schuster, affectionately known as "Schucks," is one of South Africa’s most beloved entertainers. Born on 21 May 1951 in Vereeniging, he is a multi-talented comedian, actor, filmmaker, prankster, and singer.
With a career spanning over 45 years, Schuster rose to fame with his signature hidden-camera pranks and blockbuster comedy films such as Mr. Bones, Mama Jack, and Yankee Zulu. He is also a passionate supporter of South African rugby and has created iconic Bokke anthems, including the classic Hie’ Kommie Bokke and the new 2026 hit "Miljoene Hande Vir Rassie".
