Official YouTube channel for the band Sangriento from Singapore An eerie mix of modern rock and alternative neoclassical melodies - Sangriento is where metal meets experimental, dripping in blood. Sangriento’s ethereal melodies over a pounding rhythm section creates a yearning cry at the cusp of East and West. Formed as an X Japan cover band in 2010, Sangriento began songwriting in 2013. Sangriento became one of 9 bands selected for Noise 2015. Sangriento also emerged as national champions of Yamaha Asian Beat Singapore, represented Singapore in the Asian Beat grand finals in Tokyo on 4 Dec 2015, and were selected as a Baybeats budding band in 2018. Sangriento's first album Blood Pact, released in 2019 with an accompanying comic, signified a shift towards symphonic metal and storytelling through songs.
