ARS Kriterion is an E-Zine dedicated to criticism specialized in visual arts that are produced inside and outside of Costa Rica. Its director is Master Juan Carlos Flores Zúñiga, a communication scientist, art critic (member of AICA), certified leadership coach and teacher, who began to publish criticism in 1980 after four years of intense research on art and culture in different media. communication and academics. Flores Zúñiga has been responsible for art criticism in national and foreign publications and has published four books on the visual arts of Costa Rica and Central America. On July 15, 1986, he founded the Círculo de Críticos de las Artes de Costa Rica (CCACR) with the participation of well-known national and foreign resident writers, scholars, artists and thinkers. This E-Zine is governed by a board of editors made up of videoproducer Orietta Oreamuno Gómez, art critic Emmanuel Calvo Canossa, and Juan Carlos Flores Zúñiga.
