Hello and welcome. This channel is not a popularity contest and I do not care if it makes money - ever. There are two reasons for this channel and why I don't ask for likes or subscribers in any of my videos. The main reason is that this channel is foremost for my daughter to look back on when I am gone, if she chooses and it's not too painful. The other reason is so I can refer to my own videos if I forget how I did something in the past. As a result, I make leisurely videos that don't always tailor only to the general public. A byproduct of not asking for likes or subscribers however is that every like and subscription that comes, without me having solicited them, is appreciated even more - and I thank you all for that! Come on and watch me succeed - or fail - then pick up and try another day. After all, it's only homemade BBQ from my garage. What better hobby to have than one you can eat?
