Welcome to my Youtube Fitness Channel! You have made it this far for one thing, and that's to become a chiseled, lean machine! To give a brief description before I start going HAM with content, I want to explain why I am on YouTube. I am a former collegiate baseball player but things took a turn for the worst when I ended my baseball career back in 2014... I had a hard time finding my identity because all I ever cared about and knew was baseball. I have been learning about nutrition and fitness my entire life; I started getting into weight training and strategic dieting soon after baseball and fell in love with it. After years of trying out different workout programs/ diet strategies I have found efficient and optimal ways to enhance my fitness levels and performance to levels I never thought I could ever achieve. With this channel, I will be giving my audience tips on how to go about efficient muscle growth, optimize your nutrition plan and explain how to intermittent fast. LETS GO!
