The LKG Trio are a dynamic three-piece band bringing drums, bass, guitar, and vocals together in a way that feels fresh, fun, and unpredictable. Formed in April 2023, they’ve quickly built a reputation as one of the hardest working bands in the South East, playing up to six nights a week and sometimes multiple shows a day. What sets The LKG Trio apart is that all three members can play almost anything, able to shift gears mid-show and explore a huge range of styles. Their live sets move effortlessly between rock & roll, funk, jazz, blues, disco, hip-hop, reggae, and more—often without a setlist, making every performance a one-of-a-kind experience. With Leo Kelly-Gee on guitar and vocals and Bex Howarth on bass and vocals, the trio’s tight musicianship, onstage chemistry, and love of improvisation ensure that no two shows are ever the same.
