My depression got so bad that I rarely ever left my house. I became extremely unhealthy and gained a lot of weight, complete with copious amounts of low self esteem. Now I’m trying to get outside and find the joy in life again. Fishing has turned into a huge passion for me and I try to go fishing as often as possible!
