Welcome to Hey Relax, a place where you can take a moment of calm, destress or drift off to sleep. We have personal experience of dealing with anxiety and stress, so its always been important to us to create some videos that our community can add into their ' Mental health toolbox' as a way of getting through a panic attack or as a daily ritual that helps to maintain mental wellbeing. Self care is an important part of building resilience to episodes of anxiety, which in our own personal experience can be very scary and debilitating, allowing time to relax, destress and guided breathing has been one of the ways we've been able to control the waves of anxiety that are going to present from time to time.
