Founded in Fall 2016, Legacy is a competition choreography team which focuses on improvement and community. Members of Legacy find that dance is not only about having fun, but also about "what we leave behind". One of the primary reasons for the founding of Legacy was to create an organization aiming to transition into one of the few Stanford University competitive dance teams. As a collegiate team, our members will come and go, but all of them will leave a "legacy", in the form of knowledge and passion for dance, for future generations of the Stanford Dance Community.
