Uriel Herman, jazz pianist and composer, has been performing worldwide both with his quartet and as a soloist. His sound draws from his classical piano upbringing with a mastery of complex Middle Eastern rhythms and melodies. In June 30th 2023, Uriel will be releasing his third solo album, Different Eyes, with the British label Ubuntu Music. In 2019, Uriel released Face to Face with French label Laborie Jazz. It received praise throughout the world. Since then, they performed in major festivals and venues including The Forbidden City Concert Hall (Beijing, China), Festival Jazz Sous Les Pommiers (Coutances, FR), Centro Cultural Kirchner (Argentina), Stanford University (CA, USA),Jarasum Jazz Festival (South-Korea), Taichung Jazz Festival (Taiwan), Festival Eclats d’Email Jazz (Limoges, FR), Duc de Lombards (Paris, FR), Bumhuis (Amsterdam, NL), Kas Jazz Festival (Kas, TK), Red Sea Jazz Festival (Eilat, IL), and many others.
