This channel shows many misdemeanor crimes, many are liquor code violations, vandalism, fights, Smoke Free Illinois Act violations, health code violations, public urination and parking violations associated with the bar crowds in downtown Bloomington IL bar district. Many of these crimes have been ignored by the police, City Council, Liquor Commission, Health Department, that really should be regulating and protecting downtown businesses and residents. As you can see by some incredible hard evidence that the City is outright protecting and turning a blind eye to this behavior that has unfortunately transformed the downtown into something considerably less than its potential. Sad, the revolving door of downtown businesses coming and going are a direct result of how the City protects this bar district.and refuses to really hold the bars accountable for the over-serving, and lack of law enforcement in the bar district.
