Alexander Technique is more than posture : it is a life style. Delphine Miller has been teaching the Alexander Technique for over 25 years and is passionate about this work and how we can reduce pain and discomfort in both body and mind. AT is a unique in that it is educational and teaches us to minimise stress in everyday activities. Through learning in lessons it improves balance , coordination and mindfulness ness in everything we do . It makes us aware of how we use ourselves in everyday life. Delphine Miller has a background in the arts and has worked in the NHS as an Occupational Therapist to senior level and it was through the stress of this work that she developed back pain and stress and was so grateful for having found this work and has not looked back since.
