My work is rooted in my own healing journey after Graves’ disease, burnout, and thyroid surgery. These practices helped me rebuild calm, energy, and trust in my body again.
I’m a Certified Yoga Instructor (RYT 200), Sound Healer, Personal Trainer (Cert III & IV in Fitness), and trained in Dance & Performing Arts.
