AD MAIORA starts as progressive rock's project in Milan (Italy), january 2009.
They come from different musical experiences, more or less continuous. They never stopped believing in the extraordinary communicative power of their genre. They perform their own compositions, which are originals (in all senses). At april 30, 2010 the group is reduced to 4 elements and performs in Olgiate Olona his first concert. Since december 2011, Paolo Callioni joins the band on vocals. In 2014 they released their first album: "Ad Maiora!", then in 2016 follows "Repetita Iuvant".
