I am your host and cook, Robert Sticca. I am a second-generation Italian-American. I grew up in a very typical Italian household watching my grandmother and mother cook and bake old-world family recipes. As a young boy, I would watch for hours as my grandmother would make everything from scratch. Breads, pastas, jellies, canning, sauce, etc. I watched and learned. Over the years I have added my own special touch and now I am sharing some of those delicious and authentic Italian dishes with you.
