Rinat is an accomplished professional with seventeen years of experience in product innovation and development. She has earned a reputation for developing products based on strong user psychological behavior motivators. In 2020, she was recognized as one of the three promising Israeli female entrepreneurs in a German magazine - female-one-zero and her product methodology entered the entrepreneurship program at Zell IDC. Rinat has ten years of senior roles for FMCG companies and eight years in high-tech. She has been a Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer at Arborknot (raised $21M). She holds an M.Des from the Bezalel University of Art in industrial design and a Buchler degree in human resources from the University of Haifa, Israel. Rinat published two product strategy books that received world-class reviews: “Essential Read: The Pipeline Guide” in 2019 and “The Business Empowerment”, which reached #1 Bestseller in three categories on Amazon in July 2020.
