Perfect Mess is a Grunge/Alternative Hard Rock band from Pyrgos, Ilia, Greece, formed in 2012. Blending elements of classic rock, 90s grunge and alternative metal, they have crafted a distinctive sound they describe as “Progressive Grunge”, combining heavy riffs, melodic intensity and atmospheric depth. The current lineup features Spilios P. Iliopoulos (vocals/guitars), Spilios K. Iliopoulos (drums/backing vocals) and Giorgos Maroufidis (bass/backing vocals), all active members of the Greek underground scene since the mid-2000s. Known for their powerful live performances, they have shared the stage with acts such as Nightstalker, Planet of Zeus, 1000Mods and Puta Volcano. Their self-titled debut album was released in 2017, followed by the “Spread The Mess” tour and their appearance at Chania Rock Festival 2018. In 2022, they released their second album “Breathe”. Now performing as a power trio, they entered the studio in 2026 to record a new 5-track EP, set for release on April 24.
