I got my start creating music videos and artist content at Nublu Records, working alongside the legendary Lower East Side community where friends and collaborators included Moby, David Byrne, Seu Jorge, Jovanotti, and many more. My love for food and wine culture began while living in Barcelona. Fast-forward to NYC, from 2011 to 2016, I co-owned BIKINIS, a Barcelona-style eatery in the East Village serving everything we loved imported from Spain — all with a touch of '50s diner flair. (FYI, at BIKINIS we didn’t wear bikinis — the name comes from the classic pressed ham and cheese sandwich shaped like a triangle.)
