Nick has thirty years of experience as a mediator, including seven years as a Buddhist monk and brings a calm, centred and grounded presence to the session. His sessions are client led, so respond to the needs of each person.
Training:
- 7 years as a Buddhist monk
- Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy course (MBCT) for depression and anxiety
- Trauma Release Exercises (TRE. These allow the body to realse trauma through shaking.
- Self-care practices that boost self-care skills and empathy.
- Lucid dreaming for trauma release
Nick offers 121 mindfulness based coaching and also works as a massage and reiki therapist.
Nick runs mindfulness and wellbeing workshops and courses in the workplace for stress reduction. He has led the weekly gay/bi/trans men’s meditation group in London since 2009 and leads wellbeing events for the LGBTQ community and for workplace diversity training.
