SPARKBOOM™ was created to provide opportunities and venues for emerging artists. SPARKBOOM™ events will attract the cultural trailblazer. An Advisory Circle of young, emerging artists provides direction to the fourteen partners regarding events and featured arts and artists. SPARKBOOM™ is driven to provide help to inspire the work of emerging artists, and to try to connect them with opportunities to use their talents and jumpstart their careers. SPARKBOOM™ is funded by the New York State Council on the Arts. It is administered by a collection of 14 not-for-profit, municipal and private business partners who have each committed to funding. The Huntington Arts Council functions as the lead organization and fiscal agent.
